No, this is not a PC, it must be connected to the internet through wifi to work. It just surfs the internet and runs Google Docs and Google Classroom.

Lightroom is one of the available apps, so you can download it from the store and run it. It should be fine for most photo editing. If you're doing very large or very complex edits, you'll probably want one with a faster processor and more RAM.
