Thank you for the question. Streaming games are no problem for Chromebook laptops since they use a lighter and quicker operating system. If by "reg laptop" you mean a laptop with the Windows or Mac operating system, there are a number of differences. Using a Chromebook is very similar to using a Smartphone, but you can do more, including using productivity applications, social media, and most of the activities one would do with a traditional computer.
