• Thank you for the question. The HP 14b-cb0023dx Chromebook does not have a backlit keyboard. The keys are blue and the characters are white, so it could be difficult to see in dim light when used in traditional laptop mode. When used in tablet mode, you'd be using the digital keyboard on the screen, so it wouldn't be a problem.
