I would certainly add an additional 8GB of RAM at a minimum. Once done I think it would serve you well. May also want to consider an additional SSD drive for storage.

Since you are using Photoshop and Adobe software, I would recommend looking at a computer with at least an Intel i5 or better with at least 8 gigabytes of RAM or better. The Chromebook only allows you to online using the Chrome browser and download apps from the Chrome web store or Google Play store.
