• No, it's a web-based laptop. The difference between the Chromebook and the standard laptop is the operating system. The standard laptop is self contained using a Mac, Microsoft or other operating system and a Chromebook's operating system is web-based and runs on the Google operating system. It has it's own keyboard and touchpad (to take the place pf the mouse).
