There are a number of possible causes. The HP Support website has great troubleshooting guides. Also, you can contact HP Support if you are within your warranty period or the Geek Squad if you have coverage with them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is it fully charged? Something could be wrong with the battery. It could be a number of things. I suggest you exchange for another because there’s nothing else you can really do. Every store is closed.
