Chromebooks are not for video editing, digital art or games. Everything you require need a very powerful computer. The computer would require top of the line specification such as an Intel Core i5 processor, at least 8 GB of RAM, a large hard drive and a dedicated graphics card. If these requirements are not met, you will not get the performance you need to run these programs. I hope this helps.
