- Answer Good question. Yes, a Chromebook cannot download or install any 3rd party software. Anything you install has to come from the app store in the Chromebook. If you wish to download programs for business, school, or art, it is best to get a Windows PC. I hope this helps.

- Answer Have never had the keyboard stop working, the resolution is fine and it depends on the education purposes you are using it for. If you are using it for papers and research it will work wonderfully.

- Answer This will be plenty fast enough and the storage will be enough because your work stays in the cloud. As far as Microsoft Office goes, you will have access to word and excel mobile versionsite which are not as full featured as the windows version of Office. You will have more features with Google docs.
