“Hello, I got the required adapter to hook up my 2 monitors & now it is telling me my monitors are not compatible with the Chromebook. They are Asus monitors about 6 yrs old. Why am I getting this message? I am using a thinkpad adapter. Thanks”

• Some reasons could be the Chromebook does not support them or The monitors are too old. Make sure it is plugged in and seated right.
