Can this laptop use word? null

It's not a laptop; it's a Chromebook. Yes there is a difference between the two despite them looking the same. NO YOU CAN NOT USE MICROSOFT WORD WITH THIS DEVICE however because you'll need a gmail account to work the device you'd have access to Google Docs, slides, powerpoint and other features similar to Microsoft Word. hope this helps.
