In response to the HP team's answer to my initial question: 1) My model # is 14-ca064dx 2) The fourth, fifth and sixth digits of the serial number of the unit represent the date the product was built. In my case it was the 38th week of 2021.

The 14-ca064dx was introduced in 2019 (but could have been manufactured for some time thereafter) and has an AUE of 2024. Please reach out to Support.hp.com for assistance/clarification.
