You have to get out of windows safe mode - youtube it, very easy

This laptop comes in Windows 10 S Mode, which means you can only download apps from the Microsoft store or use the Microsoft Edge browser. You would be able to play the games through the website. If you do not want any limitations, I would advise looking for a laptop with Windows 10 Home.
