• it has wifi n for 2.4Ghz $20 WiFi 6 (AX) card on Amazon, easy access to it by removing the back panel with a small screwdriver. Can upgrade RAM cards to 2x8gb while in there. That's what I did, and I don't much about computers.

• This laptop can connect over 5 gHz wifi networks. You should be able to see the network listed for joining in the Network & Internet Settings.
