Is this laptop good to use for running a business? null

not powerful enough for multitasking, you can upgrade. $20 WiFi 6 (AX) card on Amazon, easy access to it by removing the back panel with a small screwdriver. Can upgrade RAM cards to 2x8gb while in there. That's what I did, and I don't much about computers.

Yes it would be. You can run Microsoft Office Apps, and Quickbooks.
