• No, this computer is not strong enough for Adobe Photoshop. You want at least Intel i5 or better, AMD Ryzen 5 or better with 16 gigabytes of RAM with a discrete graphics card.

• I have this model and I have no problem running Adobe photoshop. I have 8gb of ram installed.

• yes it can handle photoshop i use it for school it handles very good
