I want to now if you can insert DVDs and CD can they be able to use it we're you can put CD or DVDs to download music on to the laptop

No, this laptop only has single channel support of up to 8 gigabytes DDR4-1866 RAM. As for the storage, there is one available M.2 slot for a solid-state drive. The current storage is 128 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. If you choose to upgrade the storage be sure it is in the same format.
