I want to now if you can insert DVDs and CD can they be able to use it we're you can put CD or DVDs to download music on to the laptop

As for the storage, there is one available M.2 slot for a solid-state drive. The current storage is 128 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. If you choose to upgrade the storage be sure it is in the same format.
