• There seems to be some confusion on this laptop with HP support. They say it has only one RAM slot but I bought this computer two months ago and it has two slots. The first two reviews on this laptop show the same thing. I have upgraded mine to 16GB(2x8GB) as shown in the attached picture. It originally had one stick of 4GB RAM installed.

• The HP Notebook - 14-dk0002dx has a single RAM slot which is used by the 4 GB of installed RAM.
