Once you go into Microsoft edge, office is an option. You will still need a product key after you get your free trials. I suggest buying the student version, it last a life time!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First of all, I don't know what Edge has to do with Office, as one reply states. Two separate animals. Second, Office is frequently pre-installed as a free 30-day trial on new PCs, if that helps. If it isn't pre-installed, the 30-day trial can be downloaded from the MS website. The suggestion about the Student (and there is also a Business) verson is a good one, but be aware that both of these are stripped-down versions, which will be a factor if you need more than Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Third: if you don't specifically need Office 365 or a Microsoft product, there are a number of free office-type suites available on the net. Just Google "free office."
