No, this computer runs a 64 bit version of Windows. All computers with at least 4 gigabytes of RAM have to be 64 bit to be able to address all of the memory. However, 64 bit operating systems can generally handle 32 bit programs without much trouble. Whether it's "compatible with a laser machine" is going to depend on what model it is, but any laser printer made within the last 10 years should be compatible, and older machines may be compatible as well.
