• Both answers are correct. Actually, you might consider asking the reverse question: does this laptop have an Ethernet port, or do I need to buy something for a wired connection?

• You can connect this laptop via Wi-Fi. You do not need to buy any additional accessories just find a Wi-Fi connection and connect to it
