Yes, my son used it for streaming games and movies and playing live games inside his school app. If you’re talking about Microsoft office products like Word, Excel, etc… No you have to buy that to add to the computer. Some come with a free trial but for full version, you must buy.

You should have no problem running Zoom meetings, streaming movies and music, provided of course you're not trying to do all of them at the same time. With the apps, it's going to depend on whether the apps are available in the Windows Store
