Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP Laptop 14-dk1031dx comes with Windows 10 in S Mode, which does not allow you to use Internet Explorer. In order to download the Internet Explorer browser, you would need to switch out of the S Mode. You can switch out of S Mode for free.
