• You can connect this laptop to your WiFi or mobile Hotspot. The only way you can use the Mozilla Firefox browser on this HP laptop is to switch out of the S Mode. It is free and easy to do. Here are the instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode Once you switch out of S Mode, then you can download the Mozilla Firefox browser and use it as your default web browser.
