- Answer I think this is by far the best laptop for under $400. That was the budget I also wanted to stay under for this secondary business/travel laptop. As far as I'm concerned this is the best one for the money.

You need a computer with at least Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor or better with 8 GB or 16 GB of RAM and a discrete graphics card with 2 gigabytes or more of video memory to run the Adobe programs. They are big programs that require a lot of processing power to run.

- Answer Seems like a 2020. Is an excellent buy (paid $321). Comes with Windows 10 installed and with latest hardware and software support installed and updated. Does not have DVD drive, but purchased an external one from Walmart for less than $50. Use thumb drives for most data transfers. Good video and sound. Have used for streaming at 100 mbps but it may support higher speeds. A perfect student laptop or one for traveling.
