That unit had the memory card reader for SIM cards which would have allowed you to easily swap it back and forth from the camera. As for the photo editing, it would have depended on the software you were hoping to use for the edits. For any software, you would want to look at the developer's site to make sure that the system met the requirements for the setting you would like to run it on.
