• A:Answer Hi there. This laptop would not be able to run Grand Theft Auto. While you can play some games on any computer, modern titles require a lot of power. For this reason, I would recommend a model with a dedicated Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). • A:Answer The computer comes with 4 gigabytes of RAM, and yes, it is a PC. To run the webex app (as opposed to the online version) you'll need to take the computer out of S Mode. It's not a difficult procedure. Microsoft has the directions to do it.

• A:Answer Because this computer is running Windows 10 in "S mode", it can't download any apps that aren't in the Windows Store, and H&R Block is not in the store. However, you can take the computer out of "S Mode" and be able to install the software. Microsoft has the instructions for converting from Windows 10 S to Windows 10 home.
