• Yes, although if you're going to _host_ the Zoom meeting, the computer really doesn't have the RAM or storage space to do that.

• You'll be able to start Zoom meetings whether you're in S Mode or not. Zoom is a Microsoft Store app, and since S Mode allows Store apps to be downloaded, you'll be able to use it.
