Yes, I installed Debian Buster and it installed no problem. The only thing on Debian is that it needed the latest kernel and Realtek firmware installed so I plugged in a USB Ethernet until I had the system fully complete. Everything worked fine after I installed the needed firmware. I'd imagine other distros are even easier.
