- Answer Hi Olive.Webcams work with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook and other conferencing platforms. Some need an app, some are joined from your browser. The HP 14-dq0002dx laptop is presented with Windows 10 in S Mode, which means the Edge browser is utilized exclusively and downloads are allowed from the Microsoft store only. Respondus Lockdown is not compatible with Windows 10 S Mode, but you can convert this laptop to WIndows 10 Home (free, simple, non-reversible) to be compatible with Respndus Lockdown.
