Can you add a data plan null

No, this laptop is not an LTE laptop so you can not add a data plan to it.

Hmm this is a regular laptop. Not familiar with a data plan. you are able to add Microsoft office and I believe to comes with a year free trial period. If you need cloud services you can always add that through either Microsoft or any other vendor.
