This is not an Apple Product - Iphones do not have the same operating system as Android Phones.

Yes, you should be able to back up everything to the laptop. Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. You can download and install a copy of iTunes from the Windows Store.
