Yes, it should support adding these programs but I don't know the specifics of your computer. I would imagine that you would install it through the website. Most new programs are installed this way. The purchase would provide you with an access code, then just follow the directions provided there. As far as performance, that can be affected by the specs on the computer, but most new computers have enough memory to allow the installation and proper running of the programs you mentioned.
