• No, this Chromebook does not come with a stylus and is not a 360 degree laptop therefore, cannot be "flipped'.

• Hi Chivis, thank you for the question. The 14-db0013dx Chromebook does not convert to 360. It does not come with a stylus, but you could use it with any passive stylus.
