• there should be light on printer indicator blinking when needs new drum

• Thank you for reaching out! Oftentimes you will receive an error from your printer. The drum unit may need replacing if you notice the printer producing blurry, low-quality images, horizontal lines, streaks, smudges, spots and blank spots on your printed page even if you just inserted a new toner cartridge.
