• It does not come with windows, thing of chromebooks like an android. They have google and chrome and all apps with that. You can get Microsoft Office as an App installed.

• The Chromebook uses the ChromeOS and does not have Windows 10 or 11, it also does not have Microsoft Office on it. You can use Microsoft Office 365 to use the Office applications online which can give you access to Office files you have stored on the OneDrive.
