No - well, not the actual software. The Apps on the google play store are all that will work on this big smart phone pretending to be a computer.

The web version includes core editing tools, presets, quick actions, and a contextual task bar that suggests next steps. While Chromebooks can't support the full version of Adobe Lightroom, they can run the Android app version.
