Thank you for the question. The Chrome operating system has built-in virus protection for laptops and desktops, so you really don't need a stand-alone program. However, if the free Webroot trial is for multiple devices, it may be a good idea to accept the offer to protect your phone or a Mac or Windows computer you may already have.
