  • QuestionDoes a changer come with it?

    Asked by jt.

    • Answer Absolutely a standard charger is included with this new boxed HP laptop. This model does NOT charge from USB-C but uses a barrel style plug.

  • QuestionDoes this feature offer keyboard light up?

    Asked by Erica.

    • Answer No. Search for business or gaming laptops--those sometimes have this feature, especially those aimed at gamers, but you won't find it at this price, certainly not on a main brand, possibly on an off-brand.

  • QuestionIs the ram upgradable to 32 GB

    Asked by Jak.

    • Answer Officially NOT upgradeable to 32GB. According to the Maintenance Guide at the HP website, this model system will have 2 internal DDR4-3200 memory slots but only supports 16GB, 12GB, or 8GB configuration TOTAL. It ships as 16GB with 1 module installed, but would run faster in dual channel mode with 2x 8GB modules instead. Unfortunately (as is the case with all modern laptops) changing RAM requires a significant disassembly of the case down to motherboard level. I have a recent similar HP system and highly recommend it.

    • Answer If you are talking about a Kensington-type lock, there is no indication of any such. You would see it in the photos. You don't even have to know how to read.
