• Evert, thank you for your question about this HP laptop! Even though this model is a US-English exclusive, you can download a Spanish language pack for free through the Windows settings and change the language.

• The Windows operating system is primarily written in the C programming language, with some parts in C++, C#, and assembly language, not in English. The GUI is in English. This can be changed into Spanish, or even several languages simultaneously.
