What all can be upgraded on this and is this good for gaming null

So far i can play certain games at low settings, such as PUBG and Dark and Darker. I think it runs around 30-40 fps for them, which is funny because the benchmark stated I would not be able to run them at all. Something to note too, it that initially only 1 core was in use for some reason, which can be changed through system configuration in the boot settings advanced options. You should see an area in the top left that says number of processors, and if it is lower than 12 click the checkmark box, put in 12, and restart the PC. After i did that my laptop stopped running so hot in games, and the fan is quiet now. Also set your power settings to performance on battery, and go to control panel, system, system properties, advanced, then click properties under performance and set everything in that window to best performance under visual effects and advanced. One last thing is to control panel, system and security, power options, edit plan settings, and click change advance power settings. Go to the + sign with processor power settings and set the minimum to 0% and max to 100%. This helped me boost overall performance and also keeps my fan quiet. Hope this helps, if not, reply!

You can upgrade storage to 1TB, maybe more, and possibly the RAM. Check the appropriate bulletin boards as to how and why.

Apparently, you are a noobie in game playing. There are a log of different games, and many levels. Check the websites of the games you are interested in for recommended specs, THEN use that as a guide to picking a computer. Your way is useless.

Hello and thank you for asking. The HP 15-fd0107dx laptop currently as 16GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, which is the largest configuration tested by HP. It may be possible to add more, but it will require replacing the ewxisting RAM to do so. It may also be possible to upgrade the M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe SSDto 1 TB, but again, a technician is required to performt he upgrade. It has only one M.2 slot. YOu will need to check the system requirements on the game's websites fo see if this laptop is compatible.

Not sure about upgrades available.  I use it for a flight simulator and it works quite well.
