Yes. There is also a touchpad that can be used, either in addition to or instead of the screen. The touchscreen can be completely turned off, as well.

Adding more information: I forgot to mention that there is a feature called "MouseKeys" which allows you to use the arrow keys in substitution for a mouse or trackpad. Just type that term in your Taskbar "Search" field to acces it.
