“Can I change things into the laptop such as removing and replacing some things and swap it out with a better graphics card or anything to improve my FPS? My ram is fine but for a game I put everything on low and still for 45 FPS, how can I improve it?”

Because of space and packaging limitations, discrete graphics cards for laptops tend to be designed for a specific model of computer. The Geek Squad should be able to tell you if there's a specific upgraded card that would fit in this model. However, it may not make a significant difference. It will depend on the game and if the bottleneck is the processor or the graphics subsystem.
