Can this laptop be synced with phones and tablets? null

This laptop works fine synching with Google/Android apps. We don't use Surface tablets, but looking at the interface, it is designed to work hand in hand with them.

Yes we synced iPhone and iPad just fine

While I haven't tried to do that I see no reason why it cannot be done. The computer has USB ports and as long as you have a USB to phone cable you should be good to go.

Yes I can sync my I phone 6S plus and my Samsung Edge 6+

You can connect your phones and tablets with this laptop only through USB cable.

Yes, normally, just like a home desktop.
