• Its cheaper in price. Basically someone purchased it, did not want it and returned it, now you can buy it cheaper.

• "Open box" items are returned items, Usually because the previous buyer/owner didn't want the item or change his/her mind. But sometimes it could of been damage and repaired. But because the box was open, the seller (Bestbuy) can not sell the item at full price again. "open box" item wont be full price.
