    • Answer Good question. The laptop meets the minimum requirements to run Sims 4, but it doesn't meet the recommended requirements. Because of that, the game will not run efficiently on this laptop. To optimize the performance of the game, you need a laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB RAM, and a good graphics card.     • Answer Hi HP Team, I'm a bit disappointed in your answer. You quoted the native resolution of the laptop's screen which isn't necessarily the same as external monitors. Most laptops have the ability to drive higher resolutions to externally connected monitors than to the laptop's screen. The HDMI output specs should be specified in the spec sheet that your referenced, but it isn't

    • Answer Yes. You can use Windows 7, but you have to format the drive and than install Windows 7. You might need to find drivers for that operating system. I installed Ubuntu mate and everything was found and installed.

    • Answer There is an extra RAM slot if you open up the bottom case. Contrary to HP, I saw it with my own eyes and shoved another RAM bar in there. go to the HP website and pull the manual, the disassembly process is simple but you must follow the steps carefully.. You can at least use another 4Gb RAM, you may be able to replace with a pair of 8Giggers to get 16 total but I am not sure.

    • Answer in short - yes. there is a second RAM slot if you open up the bottom. go to the HP website and download the manual. be careful when you peel back the rubber feet to access the last two screws so you can stick em back on! Make sure your extra RAM is compatible!
