- Answer Yes, but some experience is required, I did mine and an ADATA 240GB SSD works perfectly, it took about 9 screws to be removed off the bottom - there is a video on youtube on how to do this, I also added a 8GB RAM module to total the memory to 12GB, the machine is operating very well now.

- Answer Absolutely. Both of my daughters play The Sims 4 on each of their laptops. They also have The Sims 3 and at least 10 expansion packs which they have loaded and play.

- Answer You can add any DDR3 RAM chips. I just added 8 GB chips that are PC 2133. If you want to be sure go to crucial site and put your model into the ram checker.

- Answer Best Buy could sell and install an extra 4GB of RAM in this laptop for you; I recommend this if you don't have experience doing this or don't have someone to help, or if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself as some care is needed to install--and you must first purchase the correct SODIMM RAM module.
