QuestionHi, I sell on eBay and use word at the same time. On Word I pull up several files at the same time to copy and paste from. When I have Google up I some times have several tabs going (email, ebay, facebook, etc...) No gaming, videos. Will this work for me?

- Answer It can accommodate a max of 8GB RAM but only has one slot, so you will need to remove the 4GB and replace it with a stick of 8GB DDR4 RAM.

QuestionI installed UBUNTU 18.10 on it and found that UBUNTU does not support the wireless adapter. Do you know a work around, considering this cannot b e connected to the internet except via wifi? Or, at leas t what the name of the wifi adapter is?

- Answer This laptop is not designed for gaming. It is primarily for web browsing, video streaming, light productivity etc... If you wish to play games you really need to find a model which has atleast 8GB of RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Processor.

- Answer This computer does not have the specifications to be able to run those titles and nearly all modern games. You would need a model with a dedicated GPU for the best performance.
