- Answer It may be possible to run Sims on this laptop, but we do not recommend it for gaming as it lacks adequate processing power, memory, and graphics. We recommend one of the Pavilion Gaming or Omen series laptops for the smoothest experience.

- Answer This is not a model I would recommend for someone who wants to game. While it can run Steam, and some mild games from Steam, I would recommend considering models with AMD Ryzen 5/7 or Intel i5/i7 processors, 8G of memory or more, and 1TB hard drive or more, with dedicated graphics from AMD Radeon or NVIDIA GeForce

- Answer This model would be unable to run The Sims 4. Even if you were able to get it installed and running the experience would not be positive and would suffer from long loading times and frame drops. Minecraft may run. It depends on if it is Java or the Windows 10 edition. The Windows 10 edition would certainly run well.

- Answer It uses DDR4-1866 SDRAM. I am not sure that upgrading the RAM in this model would give a larger performance boost. You would likely experience a performance bottleneck at the processor.

- Answer The HP 15 DB 0011 DX can be upgraded to 8GB DDR4 ONLY, to maximize the performance for this pc computer for the tasks design intended model from HP and the part is listed in the online manual. NOTE: This is single channel memory slot NOT dual in this model . I hope this help out for anyone who buy this model. I bought this model and upgraded the ONE channel memory and performs fantastic . Finally, the memory helps the processer run more better .

- Answer It really depends on what you are trying to run. It has a lower end processor which is not very fast. It is best used for web browsing, streaming and light productivity.
