Yes Windows 10 is pre-installed - great for email and web surfing - you can install Microsoft Office on a subscription that comes with the computer.

Yes, yes, Internet Explorer (of course) but you can put in whatever you like, not sure what you're asking. Doesn't have Word but can do email through browser. No Outlook if that's what you mean.

It's a Windows PC so, Yes, it has Windows 10 installed. This includes a browser, Microsoft Edge. The built-in email application provides basic word processing functions.
