This safer operating system only allows verified downloads from the Windows Store, and mandates use of the Edge browser only. With Windows Defender, built-in to Windows 11, you may not need additional anti-virus protection, but it's a good idea. A 30-day trial of McAfee LiveSafe™ is included with this laptop with the option of subscribing for continued use.

- Answer Thank you for the question. The standard HP warranty covers the failure of the SSD, screen (display), and keyboard, or failure of other internal components. The limited warranty includes complimentary live help with technical support for 90 days after purchase. The warranty includes costs of materials and labor for repair or replacement of a defective item, at HP's discretion.
